Full-service support to transform
your vision into a remarkable space.
“Three Sixty is the gold standard. I’ve worked with many subcontractors and partners during my decades in the industry. Three Sixty has never let me down and is my go-to for top-tier design and architectural woodwork. Whenever Kelly Construction & Design collaborates with Three Sixty on a project, I can trust their understanding of the design intent and systematic approach that considers how one subcontractor’s work will impact another. They consistently reduce the punch list.”

Design
Tell us about your vision, timeline, and budget, and we’ll create a tailored plan just for you. We develop visual references, drawing sets, renderings, and selections from your initial concept, turning your ideas into an intricate design. Then, we carefully source and style furniture, fixtures, finishes, and decor, providing documentation for efficient procurement. The design team will be there throughout the build-out to realize your vision.
Engineer
Every project has constraints—whether budget, material, scale, or aesthetic. These limitations are critical to good design, and we’re serious about finding solutions that preserve your vision. Our detailed drawing sets of each custom element ensure accurate cost estimation, material sourcing, and contractor coordination.
Build
Quality millwork, cabinetry, steel fabrication, upholstery, and finishing are foundational to Three Sixty’s spaces, and our craftspeople do it all in-house. Our comprehensive process upholds our superior quality standards and respects tight timelines. We work together across departments to ensure everything we build reflects your vision.
Install
Our installation team is an extension of our fabrication team, dedicated to completing the build on-site. Depending on your project scope, we start by demolishing the old and framing the space before installing fixtures, finishes, and furniture. We regularly partner with general contractors to coordinate the trades, subcontractors, and inspectors while we take care of the components that complete the space.
Every space starts with a story.
“Problem-solving and storytelling are often at the heart of my process. In the conceptual and moodboarding phase, I enjoy researching a brand or a building and bringing relevant findings into the design elements in some capacity. Incorporating these details and telling stories results in a more authentic and intentional design.” – Linsey Lowery, Interior Design and Marketing
Your vision becomes an experience.
“The most rewarding part of our process is seeing people interacting within the space as if it’s always been that way. It’s no longer this thing that’s on paper. It’s no longer this vision that’s in our heads. It’s no longer a list of selections. It’s now become greater than the sum of its parts. It’s the energy the clientele brings to it, the smell of the food, the color of the lights, and the way the sunlight washes in. All of the things that make it an experience.” – Ryan Foat, Project Director
Each space harmonizes beauty and efficiency.
“It’s imperative our designers know fabrication materials and processes. We’ll only present concepts we know we can build. We’re able to bring efficiencies to the design/process where other firms cannot by managing client expectations from concept to ribbon cutting. We can manage design intent and quality control when we oversee shop drawings, fabrication, and installation.” – Josh Oakes, Senior Designer
“After having seen other jobs completed by the team at Three Sixty and then having my first meeting with their design team, I knew they were exactly who I wanted to work with. The team listened to how I used my spaces and what challenges I was currently facing and delivered a plan that made my life easier, but in such a beautiful manner that I still gasp when I walk into the new rooms. The attention to detail, like tolerances between cabinets and appliances, matching veining in counters and shower tiles, and correcting anything that wasn’t perfect, was extremely appreciated. The entire team at Three Sixty was extremely wonderful to work with, and they were even a little missed after the project was done.”
