From its beginnings in 2016, Third Space Brewing has stood for more than great beer—it’s a vision of community. Third Space set out to create a true “third space,” a welcoming destination between home and work where people can gather, unwind, and enjoy the easy camaraderie that craft beer inspires. With the creation of the Innovation Brewhouse, our team had the opportunity to translate that mission into a bold, modern environment built for exploration, creativity, and connection.
Designed with a distinctly industrial edge, the space pairs crisp, bright whites with punchy greens that capture the energy of the Third Space brewing experience. Warm woods balance the palette, adding an inviting layer of comfort that softens the exposed structure and production-forward backdrop. Throughout the space, our design nods to Third Space’s brand and iconic can art: bold murals echo their signature graphics, while angled lines in custom millwork reference the geometric energy found in their logo. Every finish, fixture, and material was chosen to harmonize with the brand’s commitment to high-quality, traditional-style craft beers, from classic IPAs to fan-favorite seasonal releases.
Three Sixty custom, durable, quality-crafted tables and custom banquette seating stand up to pints, flights, and shared bites alike. Flexible seating zones—sprawling communal tables, casual perches, and classic bar seats—encourage guests to gather in whatever way suits them best, whether they’re settling in for a long conversation or stopping by for a quick post-work pour.
