In collaboration with our project partners, THREE SIXTY has brought Margaux Brasserie to life as a vibrant expression of contemporary Parisian charm. The design captures the owner’s vision for a modern, sophisticated, and effortlessly cosmopolitan dining destination—one that feels both timeless and refreshingly current.
Drawing inspiration from historic Parisian cafés, the interior celebrates color, texture, and light. A rich palette of saturated hues selected by our team infuses the space with warmth and depth, while layered textiles, expressive florals, and refined finishes add tactile interest and a sense of curated luxury. Expertly selected lighting and artwork enhance the ambiance, balancing drama and intimacy throughout the restaurant.
Furniture selections were curated with personality and poise, blending classic European silhouettes with playful, modern details. From plush THREE SIXTY velvet banquettes and custom-designed booths to sculptural dining chairs and marble-topped tables, every piece contributes to the layered story of comfort, elegance, and character.
The restaurant’s bespoke mural, developed under THREE SIXTY’s art direction, serves as a focal point—an evocative, cheeky nod to Parisian street culture that infuses the space with wit and charm. Together, these artful details transform Margaux into an environment that feels both elevated and full of life.
